A MAN arrested as part of the reopened probe into the murder of Michaela McAreavey is seeking to have the case dismissed and sue for damages the Irish Sun has learned. Dassen Narayanen was detaine.
Sandip Moneea 52 appeared in court on the Indian Ocean island on Wednesday on a charge of conspiracy to commit larceny in relation to the McAreaveys.
